学校违反有关法律法规规定，明知发生严重的学生欺凌或者明知发生其他侵害未成年学生的犯罪，不按规定报告或者处置的，责令改正，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，建议有关部门依法予以处分。
